The Purge function will attempt to cycle the dispenser in order to clear the note path, then automatically return user
to the Cash Dispenser Diagnostics menu. Any jammed bills should be deposited in the reject bin/cassette. Some of
the notes may pass out of the exit depending on location in the feed path and type of fault condition.
