Resolution:

  1. Verify setup of host phone numbers.

  2. Verify/test phone line connection(s).

  3. Verify quality of phone line (noise, etc.).

  4. Check phone number of host.

  5. Test modem (Operator Function menu > Diagnostics > Modem).

  6. Contact and verify connection with host.
