Check communication cable between the main board and CDU to validate good condition and correct insertion.
Check communication LED lights on dispenser PCB.
Check dispenser setup (Operator Function menu > System Setup > Device Setup > Dispenser).
Check logic associated with communication between main board (CE) and CDU board.
Check if the CPU of the CDU board is running normally.
Check if power is supplied to the CDU.
If an EPP upgrade was performed, verify correct version of firmware.
