Remove and reset the cassette.
Inspect the retainer clips (white plastic) on the rear inside of the dispenser wall.
Check the cassette position micro switch sensor (CS7 – near a cassette retainer clip).
Check functionality of sensor (CS7) in Diagnostics (Operator Function menu > Diagnostics > Sensors).
