No response from printer for 30 seconds after sending command |
Check connections of printer between main board and printer.
Remove and replace cables.
Check LED on printer circuit board.
Transmit and receive LEDs will flash rapidly.
Check power at printer circuit board.
Do a reset and/or self test.
