CDU communication failure (Sending command) |
Check communication cable between the main board and CDU to validate good condition and correct insertion.
Check communication LED lights on dispenser PCB.
Verify correct CDU setup in Operator Function menu.
Check if the CPU of the CDU board is running normally.
Check if power is supplied to the CDU.
If an EPP upgrade was performed, verify correct version of firmware.
