Resolution:

1. Inspect for jammed bills where the cassette engages the dispenser.

2. Inspect and clean CS3 sensor and cable.

3. Ensure CS3 bracket is in correct position.

4. Check functionality of sensor (CS3) in Diagnostics (Operator Function menu > Diagnostics > Sensors).

5. Replace CS3 sensor and/or gate solenoid.
