HOW IT WORKS

• Currently, we are shipping to the U.S. and Canada only.
• Call us at 1-888-728-6487 and we’ll give you an RMA and send you your replacement part.
• We will repair the part you send us and add it back to our pool of discounted refurbished parts.
• In the U.S., we will advance you the refurbished part, and charge you for the price of that part + shipping.
• In Canada, we will advance you the refurbished part, and charge you for the price of that part + shipping.  We will also include a RMA label and commercial invoice (with the refurbished part), which needs to be signed and dated and shipped back to us with your returned part. 
• Once we receive shipment of the returned part, we will credit your account  - less the cost of the flat rate repair.
• If we do not receive the returned part in the allotted time, the full charge will stand and no credit will be issued.

Some restrictions apply. Returned items must be repairable. ATMGurus reserves the right to exclude items that are damaged beyond repair.
